The multifunctional mobile high and low temperature experimental quenching tank,hardening tank is a new type of functional quenching developed for the experimental process according to the special requirements of the experimental process, especially for the wide range of quenching medium temperature requirements (low temperature ≤20 ℃, high temperature ≥60 ℃) groove.
The quenching tank body is made of profile steel as the skeleton, and the steel plates are closely welded. Special models are lined with aluminum silicate ceramic fiber insulation. The quenching tank mainly consists of tank body, circulation system, stirring system, cooling system, heating system (auxiliary heat), lifting system, safety system, control system, etc. Special functions can be customized according to the needs of each customer.
