Technical description:
Shaft furnaces can be gas or electrical heated. They can be used for many different heat treatments of metal parts and tools like :tempering,carburizing,annealing,etc...
Description of atmosphere furnace :
max ooperating temperature: up to 1050°C,
insulation made from ceramic fibres,
heat treatment with or without protective atmosphere,
there is possibility to fit the furnace with C-potencial measuring equipment,
the use of PLC controller or the combination of PLC and PID controllers enables us to supervise the process in the furnace,
in the furnace very accurate temperature is required and for that reason we used cascade regulation system.
