1. Introduction
The spray nozzle and rain nozzle test chamber is designed to meet the test requirements of JISD0203 R1/R2 rain test and S1/S2 spray test. The rain nozzle has 2 holes and spray nozzle has 40 holes.

2. Features
● For /R1/R2/S1/S2 tests.
● The shell of the equipment is made by high quality steel plate, and the inner chamber of the equipment and the turntable is made of SUS304# stainless steel.
● Box-type structure, built-in water tank, the water can be recycled. Water level float valve is installed in the water storage tank, automatic control of water intake, and low water level alarm detection.
● There is a transparent observation window made by toughened glass on the door, and LED lighting is installed in the chamber, which is convenient to observe the test condition.
● The coils are driven by Chinese branded stepper motor, the rotation speed of the coil can be set accurately at 23r/min.
● The flow and pressure of rain nozzles & spray nozzles can manually controlled on the panel.
● The turntable is driven by Chinese branded stepper motor, the speed and angle can be set on the touch screen (adjustable), accurate and steplessly adjustable within the standard range, and can automatically control the forward and reverse rotation (forward and reverse: suitable for live test to prevent winding).
● A waterproof socket-outlet (AC220V/10A) is attached on the wall of the chamber to power on the specimen, the power on and power off time can be controlled on the touch screen: OFF (0-999MIN)-ON (0-999MIN)-OFF (O-999MIN), fit for the sample which should be energized and outage during the tests.
● The test time can be preset at the range of 0-999min (adjustable).
● A water filter is built-in chamber to prevent the nozzles from block, and it is easy to change regularly.
● The core system is consisted by 7 inch screen and Panasonic PLC, the electronic components are made by world-famous brand, like LG and Omron. The wiring process meets the requirements of Chinese national standards, the electrical board layout is reasonable, the wiring is firm and marked clearly.
● R1/R2, S1/ S2 tests work independently.
