Product Introduction
The instrument is suitable for detecting fluid lubricants for vehicles with a viscosity range of 300～1000000mPa.s, such as gear oil, hydraulic transmission oil, industrial and automotive hydraulic oil. The instrument adopts a special rotational viscometer, which is easy to operate and has high precision.

Main Feature
1. The precision mandrel meets the standard requirements and has high test repeatability;
2. Using metal bath cold trap
3. Standard glass test tube, inner diameter 22～22.5mm, length 120mm;
4. Special rotational viscometer equipped with seven spindle speeds;
5. Semiconductor refrigeration can be tested at a constant temperature for 2 hours. Compared with the traditional air constant temperature of 18 hours, the efficiency is increased by nearly 90%;
6. Microcomputer temperature controller, PID adjustment, temperature control range: normal temperature ~ -40 ℃, PT100 temperature sensor, high precision;
7. The viscosity detection range is very large, 300～1000000mPa.s
8. LCD display, programmable selection of test speed, test time, automatic calculation of results;
9. Equipped with additive analysis software, the viscometer can be well calibrated and analyzed for linear accuracy;
10. One-key automatic lifting structure, automatic positioning of viscometer;
11. The test tube has a locking function to prevent excessive viscosity from driving the test tube to affect the accuracy.
