Working Priciple:
General Features:
◆ High quality copper pipe with aluminum fin, adopt 12MPa water pressure expansion tube or mechanical expansion tube method. Double flanged sinusoidal corrugated fin and fork type copper pipe, makes the fin spacing is uniform, the air velocity is uniform, the heat transfer is uniform, too
◆ The special hydrophilic coating makes the surface of the aluminum foil (blue fin) have good hydrophilicity, and can remove the "water bridge" phenomenon when the heat exchanger is working, improve the heat transfer performance and reduce the power consumption of the equipment
◆ Double drying and double coating process, good lasting hydrophilic angle, strong adhesion, alkali resistance, heat resistance and salt spray resistance
◆ The frame and end plates are made of 1.5mm thick high quality galvanized steel, the stainless steel frame and end plates are for option.
