Truck O Liner frame press is a professional frame repair systems for heavy vehicles, it is universal collision repair equipment for chassis repair and straightening in the world. The frame press is ideal for straightening heavy and light trucks, trailers and buses.
The Truck-O-Liner frame straightening and repair system, through the combination of Y-direction press, Z-direction press, frame locker, and C-clamp, can effectively deal with lateral bending, vertical bending, distortion, Diagonal deformation of the frame (including hanging grass) and partial grass frame steel beam deformation are straightened and repaired efficiently.
Hydraulic kit
DOHA25 hydraulic kits can be matched with DO26ST counterstay trolley, turning DO26ST into a press and pull press with the same function as DO25ST press/pull trolley. After the DOHA25 component is installed with a hydraulic pump station, the damaged frame can also be straightened and repaired in front, rear, left, right and diagonal directions.

Vertical press DO2513 - Quick and easy Z vertical press
vertical press DO2513 is used to straighten the vertical deformation of the frame. It is equipped with a 25-ton high-pressure hydraulic cylinder imported from the United States. It has strong power, light overall weight and easy handling.
Vertical press DO2480 - Heavy Duty Z Vertical Press
DO2480 Z-direction vertical press can be matched with the frame locker and Y-direction press; it can effectively repair the Z-direction vertical deformation of the frame; it is equipped with a 25 Ton high-pressure hydraulic cylinder, which is powerful and easy to straighten; equipped with heavy duty moving wheels, it is easy to move; equipped with mechanical heightening and locking devices, it can perform hydraulic jacking and correction in a wide range and safely.
