CT-4115B cab tower is a tool tool for cab, coach and other heavy and high reach body repair.There are two alternative solutions for your repair workshop: Floor anchoring (CT) or I-beam attachment (JO). It adopts the hydraulic pump station to provide power, and uses the hydraulic cylinder to work, which can quickly and efficiently repair the damaged cab.
Floor anchoring:
The floor anchoring is easy to install in your workshop floor in order to fix the cab tower. The cab tower is fastened with a bolt in the front and chain expanders in the rear. When the ”expander holes” are not in use they can simply be covered by a protective cover.
I-beam attachment:
With a simple twist the cab tower is fastened into the I-beam in the workshop floor.

Use the ground anchor or I-beam attachment to fix the working pulling tower, which is fast, efficient, firm and reliable. At the same time, the cost is low.
The hydraulic pulling tower adopts a 2-ton hydraulic cart, which is flexible and convenient to move and is not restricted by site conditions. The safe fixed support wheel ensures the safe and reliable movement of the pull tower.
Equipped with a rich and complete hydraulic system-wire-controlled hydraulic pump station, reverse pull cylinder, thrust cylinder, two-speed manual hydraulic pump station, etc., it can meet any accident buses collision repair.
The combination of reverse pull cylinder and thrust cylinder, plus the various steering adapters equipped, can meet the completion of push-pull operations during repair.
Equipped with a cab Aperture restraining bar, it can achieve multiple functions such as support and fixation of the door frame, straightening repair, etc.
High-quality dual-speed hydraulic sheet metal workgroup is fast and efficient, with high strength and power.

Electromagnetic induction heater can effectively help technicians quickly disassemble the relevant parts of the bus that are difficult to disassemble.
