D341X series worm gear flange butterfly valve is suitable for metallurgy, chemical power, municipal engineering and waterworks, etc. The soft seal butterfly valve can cut off the fluid and regulate the medium flow.
Features: the butterfly valve has novel design structure, small overall size and light weight. The two-way sealing performance is excellent and the torque value is small. The flow characteristics tend to be straight line and the regulation performance is good. Flange connection installation is convenient, either vertical or horizontal installation .The diversity of sealing materials can be selected by users. The valve can be used as vent valve at the pipe end with reliable performance. The valve seat sealing ring and the valve body are organically combined to make the valve have a long service life.
Working principle: rotate the valve stem by hand wheel on the gearbox of butterfly valve, the butterfly disc is driven to rotate freely within 90 degrees to make butterfly valve open or close, so as to connect or cut off the medium.
Performance Specification for D41X or D341X butterfly valves:
Nominal pressure: PN1.0MPa or PN1.6MPa; Nominal diameter: DN50-DN 1200
Applicable medium: water, oil and non corrosive medium;
Applicable temperature: - 29 ~ 120 ℃
Main Material: gray cast iron, nitrile rubber.
