operational principle
The electric hydraulic windproof iron wedge brake is composed of an electric hydraulic drive device (built-in reset spring, lowering delay valve), a frame, a connecting rod, an iron wedge, a manual release handle, etc. The electromagnetic energy-saving and windproof iron wedge brake of the motor is composed of the motor as the driving device, frame, connecting rod, iron wedge, manual release handle, etc. When the motor is powered on and the iron wedge rotates in a positive direction (it must be ensured that the motor rotates in a positive direction, otherwise the input power of the motor will conduct phase), the iron wedge is lifted. After the iron wedge is lifted, the travel switch cuts off the contactor that controls the motor's power on, and at the same time, the power to the control electromagnet is turned on. In this way, the electromagnetic brake brakes the motor, so that the iron wedge will not fall; When the control input power is cut off, the iron wedge is pulled by the spring and falls to block the wheel.
Manual release handle function
1. During maintenance, if the brake needs to be turned on and there is no need to power on, the handle can be opened and the manual latch can be inserted into the connecting rod trip hole. After the maintenance is completed, the manual latch can be removed.
2. During use, if a certain brake cannot function properly and the equipment must be used again, the handle can be opened and the manual latch can be inserted into the connecting rod trip hole. After use, the manual latch can be removed and the brake should be repaired in a timely manner.
Note: Electric hydraulic windproof iron wedge brakes or motor electromagnetic energy-saving windproof iron wedge brakes are divided into (S1) left type and (S2) right type; From the main view, the thruster is left type on the left and right type on the right.
