The brake fluid of the electric hydraulic windproof iron wedge brake must be strictly filled according to the original vehicle's specified model of brake fluid when replenishing and replacing. We all know that the brake is actually the braking system in the mechanical operation equipment, mainly responsible for stopping the equipment operation. The windproof brake mentioned here is specifically used for large lifting equipment, and is used to avoid the impact of weather conditions on work during some high wind conditions. The brake shoe of the wedge brake relies on the plunger, and the inner end face of the plunger is inclined, in contact with the rollers supported in the grooves on both sides of the isolation frame. When braking, the wheel cylinder piston moves the brake wedge inward under hydraulic pressure, and the brake wedge causes one side of the second roller to roll diagonally inward along the plunger, while the other side moves the second plunger outward for a certain distance in the hole of the brake base plate, thereby pressing the brake shoe against the brake drum. Once the hydraulic pressure of the wheel cylinder is removed, this series of parts will reset individually under the action of the brake shoe return spring.
