install
1. The installation sequence is to first fix the top height of the rack at a distance of 650-680mm from the track surface (suitable for wheel diameter 300-500mm), then plug the iron wedge under the wheel and press against the tread, and then retract 10-20mm,
Pull out the piston rod of the thruster by 10-15mm and temporarily fix it,
Weld the upper connecting rod and the crossbar on the iron wedge together as shown in the picture above. If the crossbar is too long, the excess part can be cut off.
2. The installation sequence is to first fix the top height of the rack to 760mm from the track surface (applicable to wheel diameter 600-700mm), then plug the iron wedge under the wheel and press against the tread, and then retract 10-20mm,
Pull out the piston rod of the thruster by 10-15mm and temporarily fix it,
Weld the upper connecting rod and the crossbar on the iron wedge together as shown in the picture above. If the crossbar is too long, the excess part can be cut off.
Lift the brake through a hanger, as shown in the figure. Cut off the long end of the ground beam with gas cutting until the iron wedge can match the wheel and rail surfaces as shown in the figure. Then, weld the brake flange plate firmly to the end face of the ground beam.
Please install a mechanical interlocking switch (this switch not only displays whether the brake can work normally, but also needs to have interlocking with the crane's travel, that is, when the brake wedge is not lifted properly, the crane cannot move back and forth)
After debugging, please install a rain cover.
