Facial Mask Packing Machine, ZG-06, is mainly used for folding the mask film into wanted shapes, then filling the film into the mask bags, widely used in cosmetic, medical industry.

Technical Description

1.Adopt Intelligent CNC touch screen Man-Machine Interface System. Easy to operate;

2.Automatic folding mask sheet, automatic filling the essence into mask bags and sealing. Saving labor;

3.Stainless steel welded frame, solid and reliable;

5.Machine use servo motor and cylinder for mechanical driving

6.Equipped with Optical Fiber Sensor (OFS) to monitor the folding process, no raw material face mask, no folding. Ensure every pouch is well filled with mask inside. 

7.Use pneumatic sucker as pouch feeding system,ensure the process be smooth and efficient.

8.The machine is able to fit with three folding & four folding automatically, no need to change any parts. 

9.The machine is able to work with different shape pouch.

10.The machine is small size, require small space occupation

Packing

We use wood case for packing machines, it will meet export standard and have a protected mode for the machine  in long time shipping by sea or air, our package no easy to be damaged.

The normal package is wooden box(Size: L*W*H). 

If export to European countries,the wooden box will be fumigated.

If container is too tighter,we will use PE film for packing or pack it according to customers special request.

Delivery

For machine is big and heavy parcel, and different country with different delivery cost. 

And the best delivery we suggest is by sea, so the delivery cost will be depended on your destination port.
