Slotted brazing grinding rods are suitable for processing various carbon fiber materials, such as aviation model accessories, models, composite materials, and fiber drilling, slot cutting, micro hole processing, small holes, and precision grinding operations in DIY projects.
Usually, a grinding wheel cutting machine is used to cut carbon fiber board, and high-speed rotation should be maintained to avoid burrs. For inner hole processing, alloy grinding heads can be used for grinding, but carbon fiber materials have significant wear and tear, resulting in more burrs, poor smoothness, and reduced efficiency. In the aerospace field, brazed diamond high-speed grinding heads can be used for drilling, expanding, and trimming operations.
By utilizing the high-speed operation of Dongju brazing grinding rod, holes with a certain diameter can be drilled. When the grinding head rotates at high speed, the friction between the grinding head and the carbon fiber board may generate heat, but the cross cooling groove can discharge debris and dissipate heat, which has little impact on the carbon fiber material.
