PP flooring has the following characteristics:
(1) Green and environmentally friendly, free from formaldehyde and other harmful substances, without radioactive pollution, and without pollution to the environment. It is a green and environmentally friendly product and can be recycled

PP floor is a floor made mainly of PP and calcium powder as raw materials. The raw materials are plasticized and extruded into sheets, followed by a five roll rolling hot applied color film decorative layer and wear-resistant layer. Various relief wood patterns and patterns are made, and the bottom layer is directly hot applied with a soft cushion soundproofing layer. It is then produced through processes such as UV wear-resistant treatment and slitting. The major difference between it and traditional flooring is that it is environmentally friendly, wear-resistant, and fireproof. PP flooring is produced using PP powder, additives, and other materials through high-temperature rolling, with a wear-resistant layer added to the surface, and does not contain harmful substances such as formaldehyde. At the same time, PP flooring also eliminates the need to cut down trees and damage the ecology, earning it the title of "environmentally friendly new material", which is also a major advantage of PP flooring compared to traditional paving materials.
The PP floor structure has four layers from bottom to top:
Bottom layer, using a mixture of calcium powder and PP material as the bottom lining
Printing layer, with the design pattern of PP floor printed on the bottom layer
Wear resistant layer, pure PVC transparent wear resistant layer covering the printing layer
UV protective coating, PP flooring equipment, wear-resistant layer cleaning treatment
