SPC flooring is made by extruding PVC substrate with an extruder EXTRUDER, and using a five roll rolling mill to laminate PVC color film, PVC wear-resistant layer, and PVC bottom film in one go
Product, simple process, bonding completed by heat, without glue.
The SPC floor production line is hot mixed by a high-speed mixer (hot mixing temperature: 125 ℃, the function is to mix various materials evenly and remove moisture from the materials) → enters cold mixing (to cool the materials and prevent clumping)
Color change, cold mixing temperature: 55 ℃ → Mix the materials evenly through cooling; Add twin-screw extruder for heating extrusion → enter the sheet die selected by the customer for extrusion molding, forming
The sheet is subjected to a five roll rolling mill, and the substrate is subjected to thickness determination, color film coating, wear-resistant layer coating, cooling, and cutting;
Characteristics of Stone Plastic Products:

(5) High safety, insulation, flame retardancy, corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and no surface abnormalities. Leaving the flame for five seconds can extinguish itself.
(6) The colors are novel, with a variety of colors to choose from. The colors are vibrant, natural and realistic, and can be freely combined to create personalized designs.
