LVT product width: 1220mm
LVT product thickness: 1.2-2mm
LVT board density: 1.8-2.0
LVT formula structure: PVC+ACO3+DOTP+chemical additives
LVT structure: single-layer structure+bottom attachment mechanism (bottom film thickness: 0.05-0.08mm, to prevent DOTP precipitation)
The LVT single-layer structure is coated with PVC color film and PVC wear-resistant layer on the surface. In addition, UV varnish needs to be applied on the surface to protect the wear-resistant layer. There are two types of varnish: matte and glossy.
LVT coated with UV varnish requires tempering treatment (hot water+cold water bath treatment).
