The PP floor production line is composed of an extruder, a mold, a five roll calender, a cooling system, a traction machine, a new generation of precision machining automatic length cutting machine, an automatic finished product unloading platform, and other components, all under fully automated control. PP flooring is a product made by extruding the substrate of PP through an extruder, and pressing and laminating PVC color film and PVC wear-resistant layer in one go through a five roll rolling machine. The process is simple, and the lamination is completed by heat, without glue. After being extruded by an extruder, the surface coating process is achieved online, and then the surface is coated with paint UV (usually in two layers) to enhance its performance. Then, it is cut by multiple saws (because the length is already fixed, only longitudinal multiple saws are needed), and then grooved vertically and horizontally, and then packaged and stored.
