Product Introduction

  The equipment adopts the ABS/ASR body electronic stability system of the original VW car as the basis, which can simulate the working state of ABS/ESP system during the operation of the car, and is easy to operate, safe and reliable. 

  Suitable for higher vocational and technical colleges, general education colleges and training institutions on ABS/ESP body electronic stability system and maintenance of the teaching needs of practical training.

Main configuration

  The original ABS/ESP body electronic stability system, the original ABS/ASR body electronic stability system computer, combined instrumentation, ABS/ESP body electronic stability system operation of all relevant original accessories, fault setting and troubleshooting system, the original circuit schematic and testing terminals, diagnostic socket, governor, removable table, with locking universal casters, etc.

Product features

(1）The training system consists of an original and complete braking system, which is equipped with disc brakes on the front axle and drum brakes on the rear. Thus both brake types are covered in one training system.

(2) The brake is actuated by means of a brake pedal, which is connected to the tandem brake cylinder via the brake booster.

(3) The brake lines are led from the mechatronic ABS hydraulic unit with ASR functionality to the individual brake calipers. In addition, the ABS control unit with ASR functionality evaluates the signals from the four original wheel speed sensors and regulates the brake pressure in the corresponding brake cylinders.

(4) The training table measurement panel is painted with colorful spray-painted circuit diagrams, which is made of 4mm thick high-strength aluminum plastic plate spray-painted with the characteristics of resistance to large temperature differences, wear-resisting, moisture-proof, anti-corrosion, not easy to deformation, long service life, bright colors and not easy to fade.

(5) The operating panel of the training table is installed with automotive instrumentation, pressure gauge, real-time display of speed, brake pressure and other parameter changes. Diagnostic socket is installed, which can be connected with special or general-purpose car decoder to read fault codes, clear fault codes, read data stream and other self-diagnostic functions for ABS/ASR body electronic stability system.

(6) There are test terminals installed on the panel of the training bench, which can directly detect the electrical signals of sensors, actuators and ABS/ESP body electronic stability control unit pins on the panel, such as resistance, voltage, current, frequency signals, etc.

(7) The training table is seamlessly welded with steel frame structure, and the metal surface is treated with high-temperature spraying, with solid paint, bright color, scratch resistance, corrosion resistance, long life, etc. The table is equipped with self-locking casters, which is flexible, safe, reliable and durable.
