I. Product Introduction

ABS brake system teaching board is made of ABS brake system, which fully demonstrates the composition structure and working process of ABS brake system.

It is suitable for teaching ABS brake system theory and maintenance training.

II. The functional characteristics

1. The real ABS brake system can be run, fully demonstrate the composition of the ABS brake system structure and work process.

Operation and control of various types of switches, can demonstrate the moving ABS brake electronic control system (solenoid valve conditions, etc.) work process.

2. The panel of the teaching board is made of high-grade aluminum composite board that is resistant to trauma, pollution, fire and moisture, and the surface is treated by special process of spraying primer; the panel is printed with colorful circuit diagrams and working principle schematics that never fade; the students can visually compare the circuit diagrams and physical objects to recognize and analyze the working principle of the electric control system of the moving transmission.

3. The teaching board panel is installed with detection terminals, which can directly detect the electrical signals of ABS brake system circuit components, such as resistance, voltage, current, frequency signals, etc. on the panel.

4. The equipment is installed with a diagnostic socket, which can be connected to a special or general-purpose automotive decoder to read fault codes, clear fault codes, read data streams and other self-diagnostic functions for the ABS brake system.

5. The equipment panel part adopts 1.5mm cold plate stamping and forming structure, beautiful appearance; the bottom frame part adopts steel structure welding, the surface is treated with plastic spraying process, with self-locking castor device, the base of the teaching board is equipped with about 40cm desktop, convenient to place information, testing instruments, etc.

6. The equipment works with ordinary 220V AC power supply, which is converted into 12V DC power supply by internal circuit voltage conversion and rectification, without battery, reducing the trouble of charging, 12V DC power supply has anti-short circuit function.
