2. Functional features

1) The real electronically controlled gasoline engine can be run, fully demonstrating the structure and working process of the electronically controlled gasoline engine, the engine can be started, accelerated, decelerated and other normal working conditions of the practice operation

2) The training table is composed of two parts: the fixed table of engine assembly and running accessories and the table of running testing control panel

3) The training table panel is painted with color UV plate spraying circuit diagrams, students can intuitively compare the circuit diagrams and the actual engine, recognize and analyze the working principle of the control system; the panel adopts 4mm thick corrosion-resistant, trauma-resistant, pollution-resistant, fireproof, moisture-proof senior aluminum plastic plate, the surface is treated with special craft spraying primer; the panel is printed with colorful system circuit diagrams that never fade

4) The panel of the training table is installed with detection terminals, which can directly detect the electrical signals of sensors, actuators and engine control unit pins on the panel, such as resistance, voltage, current, frequency signals, etc.

5) The equipment testing panel is equipped with a 20cm steel table in front of the base, which is convenient for placing data, testing instruments, etc.

6)The training table panel is installed with automotive instrumentation, fuel pressure gauge, vacuum pressure gauge, which can display real-time changes in parameters such as engine speed

7) The training table is installed with a diagnostic socket, which can be connected with a special or general-purpose car decoder to read fault codes, clear fault codes, read data streams and other self-diagnostic functions for the engine electronic control system

8) The training table is equipped with power switch, engine emergency stop button and protection device

9) The base of the training table is welded with steel structure, the surface is treated with spraying process, with self-locking casters, flexible movement, safe, reliable and durable

10) Configured with fault insertion, evaluation, and data acquisition system
