The machine features:
1. Automatic temperature control, heating temperature pre-set, automatic display, with over-temperature alarm system.
2. There is an automatic air pressure control mechanism. When the operating air pressure is not reached, various actions cannot be started.
3. The temperature control is simple and intuitive, and the display is accurate.
4. The lifting speed and jet pressure are adjusted in a large range and the production efficiency is high.
5, Load and unload is easy and quick, to ensure that the substrate is evenly sprayed.
6. There is an emergency stop button. When an abnormal situation occurs, press this button to reset automatically.
The main materials:
1. The machine body and main tin pot are all made of Japanese Cr18Ne9Ti stainless steel.
2, Air knife: the use of high quality Non-Scaling Steel, one top and one bottom.
3. Heater: carbonized silicon far-infrared electric heating plate is selected. A total of 8 pieces, each with a power of 2.5KW.
4. Stirring pump: One special stainless steel pump of our factory.
5, pneumatic components: the selection of Shanghai pneumatic components factory products.
6, temperature control components and instruments: choose Yuyao Yangtze River temperature instrument factory products.
