German technical background VOK®- Disper 1148 Wetting Dispersant

Wetting dispersant is used for PVC plastisol. VOK ®- Disper 1148(VOK ®- Disper 1148) Wetting dispersant Wetting dispersant, used for PVC plastisol, to create a beautiful blend of inorganic pigments and fillers. It is a plasticizer that can improve coloring strength, reduce sedimentation and prevent separation.

Storage and transportation: the product can be solidified below 20. Heat to 30-60C and mix well. Moisture sensitive. Store dry.

Application: PVC plastisol

Features and advantages: VOK ®- Disper 1148 reduces the viscosity of colored and filled PVC plastisols. It especially recommends inorganic filler, zinc oxide and foaming agent.

The product achieves greater solid content, improves the color strength of the pigment and shortens the dispersion time. It also prevents any separation of plasticizers. The tendency to settle has decreased.

Recommended dosage:

The dosage of additives (e.g.) is based on solids:

Inorganic pigment: 1-3%

Inorganic filler: 1-3%

Foaming agent: 1-2% zinc oxide: 1-3%

Adding method and processing guidance: the additive shall be added before the liquid component is mixed into the solid. VOK ®- Disper 1148 can be used in liquid, solid or partially solid form. If the product is carefully dispersed in the plasticizer, the efficiency is not
