VOK ®- Disper 191 is a VOC and solvent free wetting and dispersing agent for water-based paint systems and adhesives. It is suitable for concentrated paste of non resin and resin pigment. Especially suitable for lotion system.

Features and Benefits
The additive can improve the dispersion quality of the pigment and filler, and it can make the pigment and filler deflocculate by stabilizing the steric hindrance. Due to the reduction of viscosity, the flowability is improved, and the addition amount of pigment can be increased.
Recommended use
The additive is especially recommended for dispersing pigments and fillers in water-based resins.
Recommended dosage
The amount of additives (purchase form) is based on:
Inorganic pigment: 6-13%
Titanium dioxide: 4-7%
Organic pigment: 19-50%
Carbon black: 30-90%
Filler: 1-3%
The above recommended dosage is for reference, and the appropriate dosage shall be determined through a series of tests.
Adding method and processing guidance
In order to obtain good performance, additives must be slowly added to the shear stable lotion under stirring. The pigments and fillers can be added only after the auxiliaries have been completely dispersed and uniform.

In addition, the transparency of transparent pigments and the hiding power of opaque pigments are also improved. The additive is recommended for grinding resin free and resin containing pigments in water-based systems.
Adding method and processing guidance
Grinding can only be carried out in water (without resin, amine and cosolvent). Mix the auxiliary agent with water, and then add the pigment after the auxiliary agent is fully dispersed and uniform.
