Product features and benefits
The additive increases surface slip while improving scratch resistance, good anti-blocking property, hydrophobicity. This additive is recommended for solventborne coil coatings and architectural coatings.
Recommended dosage
1-5 % additive dosage (purchased form) is based on the total formulation of the coil coating.
3-13 % additive dosage (purchased form) based on the total formulation of the architectural coating.
The above recommended addition amount is for reference, and the suitable addition amount needs to be determined by a series of tests.
Incorporation method and processing guidance
The additive should be added to the coating at a low shear rate. Stir well before use
