Storage and transportation
The product is temperature sensitive. Store and transport below 35°C, stir well before use.
Special reminder
Granulation test method: disperse the wax additive at 4 m/s for 5 min, then add 20% butyl acetate, keep 4 m/s stirring for 2 min, and scrape the plate on the glass plate with a 100 um film coater. The coating film drying process should be transparent and free of particles.
Fineness test method: scraper fineness meter, ISO1524. The wax additive was dispersed at 4 m/s for 5 min and tested with a 50um scraper fineness meter, fineness: 15um.

The additive can improve the directional arrangement of effect pigments such as aluminum powder and pearlescent powder, and improve the effect of heterochromic light at angle; Reduction of short-wave defects (piebald, Bernard vortex), improvement of leveling of the next varnish overhead; Prevents settling in the tank.
Recommended use
VOK®-AP 103 is recommended for solventborne primers and single-coat automotive metallic topcoats.
Recommended dosage
50% additive dosage (purchased form) is based on solid resin.
The above recommended addition amount is for reference, and the suitable addition amount needs to be determined by a series of tests
Incorporation method and processing guidance
The wax additive was dispersed at 4 m/s and the resin solution was added under stirring. In the CAB-containing system, the CAB solution should be dispersed evenly with the resin solution at high speed (> 5 m/s), and then the stirred wax slurry should be added. Pigment paste and solvent should be added under stirring.
