DCW Rubber and Plastic Low Temperature Brittleness Testing Machine
1. Application
The single-sample rubber low-temperature brittleness tester measures the maximum temperature of the vulcanized rubber when the sample is damaged under impact under the specified conditions, which is the brittleness temperature.
The performance of non-rigid plastics and other elastic materials under low temperature conditions can be comparatively identified.
The brittleness temperature and low temperature performance of different rubber materials or vulcanized rubbers of different formulations can be determined.
Therefore, no matter in the quality inspection of scientific research materials and their products, the control of the production process and other aspects are indispensable.
This instrument is designed according to the national standard GB/T1682-94, and all technical indicators meet the requirements of the national standard.
