To make sure the best quality of cooling tower fill media, we Lanyu company make the raw material PVC plate ourselves 100% new polyvinyl chloride particle, even some of our PVC plates are introduced from Taiwan. So that the cooling tower fill package will not deform during usage.
If the unit roll weight is 15kgs, the round PVC fill roll diameter is 750mm, then we can load 3500kgs in a 20 feet container. If the unit roll weight is 15kgs, the round PP fill roll diameter is 1000mm, then we can load 1500kgs in a 20 feet container. The reason of the same weight but with different roll diameters is that the PP material is less flexible and larger hardness than the PVC material.

Attention: When pack the cooling tower filling, please do not use airtight or air impermeable material, such as transparent plastic film or bubble plastic film, because that kind of packing material would keep the PVC fill in a very high temperature environment to make the PVC fill deform easily and affect its normal performance and usage.
