Cooling tower filling, also named as cooling tower fill media, or cooling tower fill pack, or cooling tower infill, or cooling
tower filler, is made of PVC or PP plain plate, hot pressed in a certain mould and produced with different designs and sizes.
It is a media located in the middle or bottom of the cooling tower. Some cooling towers would be full of the fill media, some would have half and half of the fill media, and some large cooling towers would be installed 1 layer of the fill media in the bottom.
The function of cooling tower filling is to increase the contact area between hot water and air and to extend the time of water flow, thus to help reduce the water temperature quickly. It is widely used in many kinds of cooling towers, especially industrial cooling tower, such as nuclear plant, energy and mining, big factory, thermal power factory, large steel mill, etc.

The width is 1330mm for horseshoe shaped holes, and the 1300mm for round holes. It is changeless because of the changeless mould decide it. But the length can be customized, such as 2840mm, 3050mm, 3098mm or 3100mm.
The thickness of EAC fill is 0.38mm at least. Some customers request the thickness to be 0.45mm or 0.5mm. That is becasue the large area of the surface meet hot water and hanging for long time, it needs strong support power if it is thick enough, or it will break like a thin paper.

Delivery time: Usually the delivery time is within about 20 days after payment.
Attention: When pack the cooling tower filling, please do not use airtight or air impermeable material, such as transparent
plastic film or bubble plastic film, because that kind of packing material would keep the PVC fill in a very high temperature
environment to make the PVC fill deform easily and affect its normal performace and usage.
