Features:
◆The instrument runs on the windows operating platform, with man machine dialogue and convenient operation.
◆No contact, no damage, no transformation, no high temperature operation, no chemical reagents, no consumption of inert gas during sample analysis. High-concentration samples do not need to be diluted, and the instrument can be directly detected without causing any pollution to the instrument detection system.
◆Wide detection range: used in the determination of sulfur content in petroleum and various petroleum products.
◆Fast measurement speed: it only takes 30-60 seconds to accurately measure the sulfur content.
◆Special sample cup: Using a one-time special sample cup, the cost is low, which can avoid sample cross-contamination; the sample preparation is fast and convenient, and it is not easy to leak; the single-mask sample cup is used, and the sample concentration, serial number, date, etc. can be recorded on the back of the sample cup.
◆Low consumption of standard samples: only 2-4 ml each time, which greatly reduces the consumption of standard samples.
◆Easy to calibrate the instrument: put in the standard sample for calibration, the instrument can be quickly calibrated.
◆With automatic gain correction: When the X-ray tube is used for a long time and the energy decreases, the instrument will automatically adjust the corresponding algorithm to ensure the measurement accuracy, which actually prolongs the life of the X-ray tube.
◆Automatically select standard curve: The instrument can store any number of standard curves, and the user can select the most suitable curve; if there is no choice, the instrument can automatically select a curve that is closest to the sample to be tested; if the sample to be tested exceeds all curve detection The measuring point range, the instrument will use the "extrapolation method" to measure.
◆Contamination protection: Anti-overflow protection device is added to the sample detection chamber of the instrument to prevent the leakage of samples during the detection process.
◆Safety protection: The instrument is equipped with strict measures to prevent X-ray leakage, and is equipped with dust-proof and anti-corrosion devices.
