Product Introduction
This instrument uses the Rapid equilibrium closed cup method to test the flash point properties of liquid samples. The instrument has the advantages of less sampling volume and high degree of automation. There are many test items, which can be used for coatings, paints (water-based paints), varnishes, lacquers, adhesives, solvents, fatty acid methyl esters (FAME), chemical reagents, flavors, fragrances, solid chemical products, and viscous chemical products. , aviation fuel oil, petroleum and related products to quickly test the actual flash point of samples. Main Feature
1. Carry out the flash point detection test in strict accordance with the operating procedures of "balanced closed cup method", and detect the flash point value of the sample. Users can choose the built-in test program or set the test parameters by themselves, or modify the preset program to realize custom non-standard tests. Various parameters can be set by the user, such as heating mode, time, temperature and average heating rate. The action of scribing, the lowering of the ignition head, and the detection of the flash point are all done automatically. (Different standards have different requirements for temperature rise control and ignition detection mode)
2. High degree of automation: set the flash point parameters according to the prompt operation mode on the LCD screen, press the START button, and the whole test process will be carried out automatically.
