This machine can slit flexible materials,such as plastic,paper,foam,film.label,sticker.etc.
With EPC system, and the magnetic powder controls the unwinding and rewinding tension.
Main machine with frequency conversion speed.
The slitting width can be adjusted as requested.

Laminating and pulling roller:
Upper and under PU rubber roller with Diameter 135mm.
2 adjustable pressure cylinders adjust the rubber roller up and down.
Aluminum guide roller with hard anode oxidation.
Upper 65mm knife shaft with slitter Dia.110*75*1
Under 65mm knife shaft with slitter Dia.90*65*10
Manual fine-tuning lock device.
8 rotary slitting blade can be adjustable,the minimum slitting width is 25mm.
Air blower for trimming.

Magnetic powder clutch 50N control the rewinding tension.
