AT241C Automatic Single Yarn Warping Machine is used for automatic warping of production sample, weaving sample and small batch fabrics for lab. ★ Special design for sample weaving in lab or research and development institute;
★ With inching and stop button for the safety of operator;
★ Accuracy of warp displacement reaches 0.01mm;
★ SMC rotating cylinder used for color selection, accurate and reliable to change yarn;
★ AC frequency converter to control yarn winding, online detect winding speed;
★ Frequency converter control beaming mechanism, ensure constant winding speed while beaming;
★ Pneumatic pressuring and damping structure to acquire even yarn tension;
★ Bobbin creel adopts air pressure tension-relaxation-preventing structure; avoid tension relaxation while changing yarn;
★ Automatic warp break stop and yarn double winding stop;
★ Foot pedal for unwinding
