SG100 Series Weaving Machine

SG100 Series CNC metal wire mesh weaving machine mainly suitable for ultra fine, thin fabric weaving. It adopts large touch screen HMI, the operation is simple; specially designed precision let-off and precision tension control algorithm can display the tension in real time and automatically adjust the mesh surface tension; CNC 3-roller take-up structure can realize non-stop mesh removal at any length. The user can choose different shedding mechanism,L cam arch heald frames mechanism, electronic rotary dobby, servo dobby shedding mechanism. The weaving precision is high and noise is small, easy to operate and maintenance. According to the accuracy, it is divided into SG100L light-duty series and SG100P precision series.

SG130 Series Weaving Machine

SG130 Series CNC metal wire mesh weaving machines are designed to weave medium thickness wire mesh. The application is widely and precision is high, noise is low, weave patterns is diversity, maintenance is easy.

SG130 Standard series is suitable for normal fabric weaving, SG130S is specially designed to weave medium heavy mesh with big wire diameter such as 60*0.19mm, 20*0.4mm, etc, the weaving speed could reach up to 60-100RPM (depends on weaving width and specs).

SG160 Series CNC metal wire mesh weaving machine is designed for heavy wire mesh weaving. The opening is small, and mesh surface is flat, there are single beat-up form and double beat-up form.
