Bently Nevada 3500/93 Local LCD Display Interface Module
I. Product Description
3500/92 (Hardware Part Number: 135785-01/135785-02) is a local LCD operation display module for the Bently 3500 series TSI system, integrating a color LCD display screen + physical operation keys. It can be directly installed in the 3500 rack slot without the need for an external display, keyboard, or mouse. It enables on-site viewing of real-time data, alarm status, and event logs for all measurement points such as vibration, displacement, temperature, and rotational speed of the entire machine frame. It supports channel bypass, alarm parameter viewing, sensor circuit diagnosis, and is an early on-site operation unit for the 3500 system. It supports hot plugging of the rack and complies with API670 rotating machinery protection standards.

Product Performance
Integrated local operation design, built-in screen and buttons, no need for external upper equipment connection, can complete TSI system inspection, fault location, measurement point maintenance operation beside the cabinet, operation is convenient and efficient.
Complete retrieval of all channel operation data of the entire rack, can view shaft vibration, axial displacement, expansion difference, bearing temperature, speed, gap voltage and all process parameters, display warning and danger two-level alarm status in real time.
Built-in massive event storage, can query historical alarms, module faults, channel switching, bypass operation records, used for accident trace analysis of the unit.
Supports single-channel bypass shielding, alarm delay parameter viewing, sensor break / short circuit circuit diagnosis, when inspecting the measurement point, can temporarily isolate protection without affecting the interlock operation of other measurement points.
Compatible with all 3500 series acquisition, relay, communication modules, new and old 3500 racks are universal, old TSI system spare parts replacement does not need to modify the configuration program.
Can be used as a low-cost alternative to the external display scheme of 3500/94, suitable for cabinet scenarios where there is no extra space for external display.
