Feature:

1. Please read the manual carefully before wiring, so as not to affect the operation of the handwheel.
2. The positive and negative poles of the encoder must not be faulty. The voltage is too high to burn, usually 5V, and a single system such as Mitsubishi 12V, PLC after 24V.
3. The COM point is the common point of the handwheel switch and must be connected, otherwise the switch cannot work normally.
4. Handwheel operation is light and easy to be damaged by collision. Do not use too much force when rotating the code plate and switch, so as not to affect the service life
5. If there is no A-, B- signal, no need to connect
6. If Mitsubishi does not have A-, B- signals, and PLC does not have A-, B- signals, these signals are not connected

1. This product does not have a connector by default. The detailed wiring diagram is as above. If you can't operate the wiring, please consult the customer service and contact the technology to answer for you.

2. Wrong connection of the positive and negative poles of the pulse power supply will cause the pulse to burn out. Please pay attention to the positive and negative poles of the pulse power supply when installing. In addition, when installing the Mitsubishi system, please make sure that the system output to the pulse power voltage is correct before wiring.

3. The operating voltage of the pulse generator is +5V, +12V and +24V, etc. Please confirm the voltage type before wiring.

4. The output pulses of the pulse generator are AB and A/AB/B, etc. Please confirm the model first. (If there is no A-B-signal, don't connect; Mitsubishi has no A-B-signal, and PLC doesn't have A-B-signal don't connect)

5. The COM terminal can be connected to DC24V, DC5V, DC12V or DCov according to the requirements of the customer's machine tool.

6. If COM is DC24V, please connect LED+ and COM in parallel.
7. If COM is DCOV, please connect LED- and COM in parallel.
