CNC steel drag chain is a cable protection device on the CNC router, which is divided into open and closed. The material of the cnc cable chain is usually made of plastic and nylon. Comparing to plastic cable drag chain, the ones made by nylon are normally tougher and more resistant to dragging and are not easy to collapse. The cable chain is 1 meter/pcs, and the length can be freely spliced. When purchasing, the model refers to the inner height and inner width of the cable chain.

The inner width is selected according to the number of cables to determine the inner width
size (the width of the cable shall not be greater than 80% of the inner width)
The inner height selection determines the inner height size according to the maximum
diameter of the cable (the maximum cable diameter shall not be greater than 90% of the
inner height)
The bending radius is selected according to the height of the installation space
Calculation of the total height of the drag chain after bending
(i.e. the height of the required installation space)
Total height = radius X2 + outer height of selected drag chain
For example: 35x100 R75 inner height 35 outer height 55 total height=75X2+55=205mma

Old drag chain replacement
①Measure the inner height of the drag chain
②Measure the inner width of the drag chain
③Measure the total height of the drag chain after bending
④ Determine the length (including installation joints at both ends)
Special note: The drag chain can only be replaced in its entirety and cannot be connected to existing products.
