CW-5200 single in single out:
The laser machine can be applied to a single 130w carbon dioxide laser tube; it can cool a single 15w-30w solid-state laser or a 30w metal radio frequency tube; it can be used to cool a single 8kw cnc spindle or welding equipment; it is also suitable for laboratory equipment.
CW-5200 double in and double out:
It can be used to cool two 100w carbon dioxide laser tubes; multiple cnc spindles. Also suitable for laboratory equipment.

The temperature control accuracy is ±0.3℃, and the temperature difference control of ±0.1℃ is optional; 4. The smart thermostat has two temperature difference modes, which are suitable for different use occasions; there are multiple settings and fault display functions; 5 With multiple alarm protection functions: compressor delay protection; compressor over-current protection; water flow alarm; temperature over-high/low alarm
Single in single out

In general, the new intelligent controller does not need to adjust the control parameters. It will automatically adjust the control parameters according to the changes in room temperature to ensure that the cooling requirements of the equipment are met.
1. Introduction to the temperature controller panel
(1) Thermostat working status indicator lights D1 and D2 (as shown in the figure) D 1 is always on, the controller is working in intelligent control mode; D 1 is off, the controller is working in constant temperature control mode; D 1 flashes, the controller is working in parameter setting mode or the displayed value is room temperature. D2 is always on, and the chiller is working in cooling state; D2 is not on, and the chiller is working in the heat preservation state; D2 flashes, and the chiller is working in an energy-saving state. (2) Press the ▼ key to display the room temperature and the default display will be restored after 6 seconds. (D1 flashes at this time, indicating that the display is room temperature) (3) ▲▼ keys are used to adjust the display status of the controller, parameter selection and adjustment. (4) RST key to confirm the key. (5) SET key to set function keys.
2. Restore factory settings
Before powering on, press and hold the ▲▼ keys at the same time and then power on until the controller displays rE. The controller enters the normal working state 6 seconds after releasing the button. At this time, all parameter settings of the controller have been restored to factory settings.
3.Alarm function
Alarm display
When alarming, the error code and water temperature will be displayed alternately.
(2) Pause the alarm sound: In the alarm state, press any key to pause the alarm sound, but the alarm display will not stop until the alarm condition is eliminated.
4. General setting adjustment
Press the set key (SET) to enter the user setting state, at this time D1 flashes, indicating that the controller is now in the parameter setting state (1) Display the temperature difference parameter value between water temperature and air temperature in smart mode (F1) (2) Display the set water temperature value (F0) in constant temperature mode At this time, press ▲▼ key to modify the set value. After modifying the value, press the confirmation key (RST) and save and exit, and the new parameter takes effect. If you press the set key (SET ), it will exit the setting state without saving the parameters. If no key is pressed within 20 seconds, the modification state will be automatically exited without saving the parameters.
5. Circulating cooling water flow alarm far away and working status table
Precautions for use:
1. After long-term use of the chiller, it is recommended to open the lid to clean the dust to ensure good heat dissipation. 2. Non-corrosive antifreeze should be used in northern cold areas. 3. This product is a water-circulating wind-cooled chiller. The room temperature is between 5-60°C. Use it in a dry and well-ventilated place, otherwise it will affect the service life of the machine. 4. For the service life of the water cooler and the heat dissipation effect of the machine, please add pure water. The room temperature is below 0°C and it is prohibited to use it. 5. For the first use, please refill water after 2 minutes of circulation, because the pipeline will consume part of the water, so it is strictly forbidden to start without water. 6. Try to avoid seeping into the equipment when filling water, check the water level frequently during use, and replenish it in time if there is water shortage. 7. When the heat dissipation effect is not good, please open the machine casing to clean the dust on the radiator.
