The 16-1- position automatic rotation, from hose feeding, feeding, filling, sealing to withdrawal, are all automated, and there is a design of whether or not the hoses are filled. The digital high-speed filling metering regulator is installed at the front and bottom of the machine, which is very convenient. When filling, the filling nozzle extends into the bottom of the material pipe and exits while filling, so as to ensure that the material will not overflow due to air intervention, which will affect the accuracy. For materials with extremely strong viscosity and easy drawing, a blowing and shearing device is also provided to ensure that the sealing is not affected. There are various sealing forms, and customers can choose them automatically according to their needs. It is used for quantitative filling and tail sealing of materials whose main metal hoses are packaging containers, and is widely used for product packaging in pharmaceutical, daily chemical, food, chemical and other industries; The manual metal hose is inserted into the indexing coil seat (16 stations) and automatically indexed by mechanical transmission. Automatic detection, after confirming that there is a tube and inserting it correctly, the filling system will start automatic metering and filling, then carry out three-fold or two-way four-fold tail sealing, print the batch number, and the finished product will exit.
