Applications


1. Syngas Progress: Used in steam reforming process of hydrocarbons to produce hydrogen, ammonia synthesis gas, methanol synthesis gas, oxo- synthesis gas, carb on monoxide etc..

2. A wide range of feedstock: Suitable for a wide range of feedstock, such as naphtha with FBP less than 180℃, light hydrocarbons, LPG, refinery off- gas, natural gas etc., which can be used alone or in combination.

3. Various types of tabular reformers: Suitable for various types of tabular reformers with top-fired, fired, side -bottom -fired firebox or other configurations such as heat exchanger etc., SYAMCAT Z433 should be loaded in the upper section of the reformer tubes in combination with SYAMCAT Z434 loaded in the lower part.

Features


1. Excellent hydrocarbon steam reforming activity, anti-carbon performance and structure stability.

2. The catalyst shape of 4-hole cylinder with dome provides it with large external geometric surface area, higher porosity, lower pressure drop, and better gas flow distribution etc..

3. Versatile catalyst options for various hydrocarbon feedstock used alone or combination. Switching or dosage adjustment of feeds does not affect the normal use of catalyst.

4. Excellent reducibility: through self- circulation reduction, natural gas feedstock can be directly introduced into the reformer without extra activation in advance, and pre- activation is needed only when heavy hydrocarbons are used as feedstock.

5. Excellent anti-poisoning and regeneration properties: can be self- renewal by optimizing operation conditions when sightly poisoned by sulfur or chlorine, while in-situ regeneration can be performed when poisoned  seriously.

6. Suitable for steam reforming process with or without pre- reformer, even for pre- reformer switching on/off cases.

7. High acceptance of feedstock gas, users can adjust the feedstock or feedstock ratio at any time.

8. Strong resistance to poisoning, user-friendly regeneration, user can regenerate by optimising the operating parameters, or in-reactor regeneration.

9. When using natural gas raw material, it can be directly fed, or self-circulating reduction activation, convenient operation, saving start-up time.
