Ammonia Synthetic Catalyst
1. Ammonia synthesis catalyst is mainly used in chemical fertilizer industry in ammonia synthesis;

Features:
1. Fe-Co active component catalysts with a large number of active centers, improving pore structure and facilitating the transfer of reactants and products.
2. The catalyst contains a certain amount of Co and has good low temperature activity, can speed up the rate at which the reaction starts.
3. The addition of electron-donating additives allows the potassium ions to remain on the surface of the catalyst for a longer period of time, which improves the thermal stability of the catalyst and also extends the service life of the catalyst.
4. The incorporation of electron-donating additives resulted in enhanced catalyst resistance to toxicity.
5. The catalyst has an optimal iron ratio for ease of reduction and high catalytic activity.
6. The catalyst has good low-temperature activity and strong thermal stability, making it has a wide in operating temperature range.
7. The catalysts are suitable for low, medium and high pressure ammonia synthesis operations, as well as for high airspeed process conditions.
