Applications
1. Synthesis Gas Progress: Used in steam reforming process of hydrocarbons to produce hydrogen, ammonia synthesis gas, methanol synthesis gas, oxo- synthesis gas, carbon monoxide etc..
2. A wide range of feedstock: Suitable for hydrocarbon feedstock, such as light hydrocarbons, refinery off-gas, natural gas etc., which can be used alone or in combination.
3. Various types of tubular reformers: Suitable for various types of tubular reformers with top-fired, side-fired, bottom- firebox or other configurations such as heat exchanger etc., SYAMCAT Z317 should be loaded in the upper section of the reformer tubes, while SYAMCAT Z318 loaded in the lower part.

Features
1. Excellent hydrocarbon steam reforming activity, anti-carbon performance and structure stability.
2. The catalyst shape of 4-hole cylinder with dome provides it with large external geometric surface area, higher porosity, lower pressure drop, and better gas flow distribution etc..
3. Versatile catalyst options for various hydrocarbon feedstock such as light hydrocarbon, refinery gas or natural gas used alone or combination. Switching or dosage adjustment of feeds does not affect the normal use of catalyst.
4. Excellent reducibility: through self- circulation reduction, natural gas feedstock can be directly introduced into the reformer without extra activation in advance.
5. Excellent anti-poisoning and regeneration properties: can be self- renewal by optimizing operation conditions when sightly poisoned by sulfur or chlorine, while in-situ regeneration can be performed when poisoned seriously.
6. Suitable for steam reforming process with or without pre- reformer, even for pre- reformer switching on/off cases.
7. High acceptance of feedstock gas and adaptability to changes in feedstock gas adjustments.
8. Simple reduction, user-friendly operation.
9. High Ni content, suitable for high airspeed condition.
