Features
1.During the working process, the spout supply, bag supply, heat sealing and discharging are fully automatic and easy to operate. The single machine only needs 1 staff to operate, and one to three sets of online production only needs 2 staffs, which saves labor cost and flexibly grasps the order.
2. Synchronous belt and Linear Production structure to saving space. The production capacity reach to 70pcs/ min.
3.The function operating can be completed in 11 inch LCD control panel, simple operation, precise control, stable operation, work continuously for a long time.
4. Using imported temperature control system, Airtac pneumatic components, and Omron PLC control system to ensure the quality, performance of the machine.
5. Automatic fault detection, alarm system, stop working, analysis, and display fault process.
6. This product consists of spout supply system, bag supply system, heat sealing system and bag discharging system. Each system is operated fully automatically, production capacity is 70 pieces per minute.
7.Using dual-station bag supply system to increase production efficiency
8. The bag size can be adjusted arbitrarily within the maximum length of 400mm and the maximum width of 300mm, and can also be customized according to customer needs.
9. The heat sealing system is divided into gradual heating and cooling. The sealing jaw can be customized and switched according to different spout sizes.
System structure
♦ The machine consists of spout supply system, bag supply system, heat sealing system, bag discharge system, central control system.
♦ Spout supply system includes hopper which put the spout, vibrating plate and slide rail. The photoelectric sensor can automatically sense the spout to control the supply progress.
♦ The bag supply system utilizes pneumatic suction to grab and supply the bags. Both the bag supply system and heat sealing systems are dual-channel, high efficiency.
♦ The heat sealing system includes synchronous belt, heat sealing jaws and station frame. There are 5 sets of sealing jaws, 4 sets for heat sealing and 1 set for cooling.
♦ The heat-sealing station frame is adjustable to fit different bags . Users can also customize different heat sealing jaws according to different spout size.
♦ The temperature control and setting of each sealing jaw is independent, the operation and debugging also can be independently.
♦ The bag discharge system is equipped with conveyor belt , stepping-control, automatic arrangement of bag, which can observe defective products and be convenient to install coding machine.
♦ The control panel is equipped with a touch screen, which can complete various parameter settings and display the working status in real time, such as the number of finished products, date, servo motor parameters and cylinder action parameters, heat sealing time, etc.
♦ The temperature control system has 24 channels, 12 pcs high-precision pressure regulator valves (with pressure gauges), and 5 set emergency stop buttons, the installation place can be appointed according to needs. The design of machine frame is easy to disassemble, transport and assemble.
