Product Description
The fuse for semiconductor equipment protection is composed of fuse link and base. It is applicable to industrial electrical distribution devices with AC 50Hz, rated voltage up to 1000V and rated current up to 630A. It is mainly used for short-circuit protection (AR) of rectifier diode, thyristor and other semiconductor components.
