Semicondutor fuse for induction -IGBT module

The fuse for semiconductor equipment protection is composed of fuse link and base. It is applicable to industrial electrical distribution devices with AC 50Hz, rated voltage up to 1000V and rated current up to 630A. It is mainly used for short-circuit protection (AR) of rectifier diode, thyristor and other semiconductor components.

the fuse link is a consumable part and needs to be replaced after action. It is composed of melt, melting tube, arc extinguishing medium, contact plate, etc. The melt is encapsulated in the melt tube, which is filled with sufficient arc extinguishing medium, and the two ends of the melt are firmly electrically connected with the contact plate to form a straight bus bolt connection structure.
