QKSC type High Voltage Starting Reactor
When the AC asynchronous motor is started at the rated voltage, the initial starting current is very large, often exceeding many times of the rated current (usually 5~7 times). In order to reduce the starting current and not affect the power grid, the voltage reduction method is usually used to start the AC asynchronous motor. The common step-down method is to use a reactor or an auto-coupled transformer. The starting process of the AC motor is very short (usually several seconds to two minutes), After starting, cut off the reactor or auto-coupling transformer used for step-down starting. This product is designed according to the starting characteristics of high-voltage asynchronous motor, and the matching motor power is 220-14000kW.
Product features
1. The oxygen casting type of QKSC starting reactor is the best. It will not be affected by the air and environment to reduce the insulation. It is suitable for use in various occasions to ensure the reliability of use. The iron core of QKSC dry-type iron core starting reactor is made of high-quality imported silicon steel sheet. The core column is divided into uniform small sections through multiple air gaps. The air gap is isolated by epoxy cloth plate, and high-temperature high-strength adhesive is used to ensure that the air gap does not change during the operation of the reactor.
2. The end face of the iron core adopts high-quality silicon steel sheet end face adhesive, which makes the silicon steel sheet firmly combined, greatly reducing the noise in operation, and has good anti-corrosion performance.
3. Coil winding structure, the main insulation of the coil is made of glass fiber impregnated epoxy resin. After heat drying and curing, the coil is dipped in high-temperature resistant insulating paint under vacuum. The coil not only has good insulation performance, but also has high mechanical strength, and can withstand large current impact and cold and hot impact when the motor is started without cracking.
4. The epoxy casting coil has no water absorption and low partial discharge, and can operate safely under adverse environmental conditions.
5. The upper and lower ends of the coil are equipped with epoxy cushion blocks and silicone rubber shock pads, which effectively reduces the coil operation Vibration.
Service conditions
1. The altitude shall not exceed 1000 meters.
2. The operating ambient temperature is - 25 ℃ -+45 ℃.
3. It is installed indoors without severe vibration, any harmful gas or dust, and no flammable and explosive materials.
4. When the starting time reaches 2 minutes (once or the sum of several times), it should be cooled for 6 hours before starting again.
Performance reference
1. The dry-type starting reactor is smaller than the traditional oil-immersed reactor and air-core reactor, and has the characteristics of light weight, small space, simple structure and convenient installation.
2. The temperature resistance grade reaches F (155 ℃);
3. The loss of dry core starting reactor is lower than that of oil diffusion reactor.
4. The noise of dry-type iron-core starting reactor shall not exceed the national standard (50dB).
