Description of the Stone Cutting Machine
The multiblade blade stone block cutting machine is controlled by microcomputer and cuts stone automatically. It is able to cut big blocks into slabs with 4-12 blades. The long strong crossbeam of the block cutting machine is made of iron cast which provide excellent balance and ensure uniform thickness of each slab. The blade moves along with the crossbeam within left/right and up/down. Its movement (up/down) controlled by hydraulic system. the crossbeam moves forward and backward along with side beams. The multiblade stone block cutting machine cuts granite very efficiently. Working video on: There are four different models of the cutting machine which meet different production needs as well as covering wide budget. The four cutting machines mainly differ in max. cutting length and thickness. DQ2200A and DQ2200B are suitable for cutting the block as depth as 950mm, while 1100mm for DQ2500 and 1250mm for DQ2800. DQ2200A has the longest cutting length-3600mm. Then comes to DQ2500, its max. cutting length is 3300mm .
