7 mn15cr2 introduction:
7MN15CR2 has non-magnetic plastic die steel. With high hardness, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and non-magnetic as stainless steel SUS304 pig multi-die characteristics, so the most suitable for corrosion and wear resistance requirements of mold products. In addition, it also has good heat treatment performance. 7MN15 non-magnetic steel is prone to work hardening, and should be processed at low speed.
7 mn15cr2 features:
L Permeability (μ)=1.01, it has the same nonmagnetic property as SUS304
L High hardness 37-43HRC can be obtained by aging treatment at 700℃*5h
L Good heat treatment performance, suitable for precision die
L Good wear resistance, can be nitriding treatment
7 mn15cr2 USES:
L Magnetic plastic: audio and video equipment, household appliances, leaf treatment equipment and other magnetic plastic products
L Precision corrugated machining mould, office automation equipment, auto parts
L Abrasion resistant non-magnetic tools, discharge machining molds
7MN15CR2 heat treatment:
L Solution aging treatment
L High hardness 37-43HRC can be obtained by aging treatment at 700℃*5h

7 mn15cr2 with:
1. Mirror polishing mold, dust cover, TV filter plate, cosmetics box;
2. Precision corrugated machining mould, office automation equipment, auto parts;
3. Discharge machining mould
7MN15CR2 steel features:
1. Pre-hardened steel, without any heat treatment
2. Most suitable for mirror polishing of pre-hardened steel
3. Excellent discharge machining characteristics.
The surface after treatment is very good, can replace the etching process
(2) The surface hardness will not increase during discharge machining, which can simplify the subsequent processing procedures
