17-4PH17-4PH alloy is precipitated, hardened, martensitic stainless steel.
The 17-4PH alloy is a precipitated, hardened, martensitic stainless steel composed of copper, niobium/coltan.
This grade is characterized by high strength, hardness (up to 300º C/572º F), and corrosion resistance.
After heat treatment, the mechanical properties of the product are more perfect, can reach up to 1100-1300 mpa (160-190 ksi) compressive strength.
This rating cannot be used higher than 300 ordm; C (572 ordm; F) or very low temperature, it may have good corrosion resistance to atmosphere and dilute acid, its corrosion resistance is the same as 304 and 430.
