Non magnetic mold steel, 7Mn15Cr2Al3V2WMo steel, is a high Mn V series non magnetic steel. This steel can maintain a stable austenite in various states, with very low magnetic conductivity, high hardness, strength, and good wear resistance.
Example of usage of 7Mn15
The purpose of 7Mn15 non magnetic mold steel is as follows:
1) Used for making non magnetic molds in the electronic industry.
2) The service life of this steel is about three times longer than that of high manganese austenitic steel molds.
3) It can also be used for hot working molds working at 700-800 ° C.
4) Suitable for non magnetic cold working molds and plastic molds.
