Product Introduction
The instrument is designed in accordance with the International Electrotechnical Commission standard , and combined with the general requirements of users. This product is controlled by a single-chip microcomputer to control the entire test process, and has a strong anti-interference ability. It completely overcomes the shortcomings of other types of insulating oil testers that the internal circuit is easily interfered when the oil sample is broken down by high voltage. The test process is fully automatic, accompanied by sound signal prompts, a large-screen LCD display, English characters to display the measurement process and results, and a micro printer to print various test data. Test parameters such as mixing time, standing time, test times, etc. can be easily input by keys, and can be saved. Unless updated next time, it will not disappear after power off. Thousands of tests have proved that this product is accurate in measurement and super anti-interference , stable performance, safe and reliable.

Main Feature
1. Directly measure the peak value of the voltage, which effectively avoids the influence of the distortion of the test voltage waveform on the authenticity of the test results.
2. The breakdown current is collected directly from the high-voltage side, which avoids the large errors caused by the traditional method of sampling from the low-voltage side for overload protection.
3. The specially designed low-voltage side control circuit adopts the single-chip microcomputer control inverter power supply technology, which eliminates the voltage regulator and motor and other components. During the test, there is no mechanical wear, looseness, jamming, poor contact, etc., which are prone to similar instruments. Disadvantages, performance is more reliable. At the same time, the volume is smaller and the weight is lighter.
4. The protection response is fast and the breakdown current is small. The new national standard stipulates that the breakdown (spark discharge) current of the oil sample should be less than 5mA. At present, the breakdown protection time index of most domestic instruments is less than or equal to 20mS, and the breakdown current index is less than or equal to 20mA, obviously cannot meet the requirements of the national standard, and is a product that is phased out. Due to the use of single-chip microcomputer control inverter power supply technology, the breakdown protection time of this instrument can be easily achieved less than 1mS, and the breakdown current index is less than 5mA. Meet the requirements of the new national standard. When doing the oil sample breakdown test, the breakdown process (spark discharge) itself damages the oil sample to a small degree, and it is not easy to produce carbon deposits between the electrodes of the oil cup, so as to ensure the truthfulness and reliability of the data when the test is repeated many times.
5. Good output voltage and current waveforms of the inverter power supply The output adopts closed-loop feedback control to ensure that the input voltage and current on the low-voltage side of the high-voltage transformer are all positive sine waves. However, similar instruments simply use a voltage regulator to boost the voltage. The input power is taken from the mains, and it is added to the subsequent high-voltage transformer without any processing. Although the voltage waveform is good, the current waveform has different degrees of distortion. When the system power supply suffers severe harmonic pollution or even low-frequency interference, the voltage and current waveforms will be distorted to varying degrees, and the current waveforms will even be severely distorted, which affects the accuracy of the test results.
6. The boost speed is adjustable in a wide range. Thanks to the single-chip microcomputer control inverter power supply technology, this function can be easily realized and is very high. The selection range is 0.5-5KV/S. The boosting process is more stable. Compared with the current stepping motor control voltage regulator boosting method, the single-chip control inverter power supply technology can make the voltage rise more delicate, continuous, and more stable, which adds a basis for the authenticity and reliability of the test data.
7. The software is powerful. It can clearly prompt the instrument status and related information in English, complete the entire test process automatically, and can automatically process the necessary data through manual selection after the test is completed, and calculate the final result.
